We received a request for update online store and separating one current store to four stores. The GreenSnow group has already had an online store on the Magento 1. But they wanted to update design, logic and adding new features into their stores. Also, they want to separate their target audience, it will help them to create more exact proposals for their customers.
Our team supported Magento 1 store while the new solution was developing. The GreenSnow team, decided to reach the next goals: build strong existing NCD foundation to deliver excellent customer service for LMW customers, grow ready‑made curtain sales, focusing on dropship products, develop and refine the stable platform to provide M2 technology for the NCD Group. Increase automation to provide additional capacity to increase the LMW range and volume without adding headcount.
We suggested as a solution migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2 and created new, fully responsive design. Also, as Magento 2 has the feature ‘multi‑store’ we developed four stores for the four groups of the target audience.
LoveMyWindow is the first from the four stores. And it focuses on the millennials group, who are passionate about last fashion and want to be inspired to create beautiful spaces. They may be homeowners, renters or students, but they all take pride in their home decor.
We have used different modules for Magento 2, also, we have developed several our custom modules. These modules support products variations that provide opportunities for creating unique categories and products pages and provide better UX for users of these stores.
